Originally built in 1996, this house incorporated a lot of the trends of that era like roman columns, a sunken living room, burgundy oak floors and railings, black granite counters and curved corner beads. This reno was a complete inner gutting, and encompassed every room on all 3 levels.

Springbank Traditional

White washed oak floors, new railing, a full custom kitchen, new bathrooms and ensuites rounded out this complete renovation over it’s 4000+ square feet. 

 

1/1 Design

The goal was to brighten the space, update all the dated items with a slightly modern feel while retaining some of the traditional look.

1/2 Construction

All old hardwood removed, sunken livingroom filled in, columns removed and staircase completely redone. Walls left intact, however rounded corner beads removed and replaced along with door mouldings/doors. New custom kitchen, closets, bathrooms, wine room. Extensive plumbing, and wiring updates.
